Sea View Lane
A new site retaining wall to replace a failing stair on a eroding slope. The project began with need to comply with code in order to get a certificate of occupancy and access to utilities, but then morphed into a desire to thwart a thick-headed, thin-skinned bureaucrat. The good news is that the house now has gas.
