Rancheros Road

Working with Carciofi and Jinglehyme, we added a floor to an existing one-story mid-century home in the Linda Vista neighborhood of Pasadena.  The project earned a Historic Preservation Award for rehabilitation from the Pasadena Historic Preservation Commission as well as a Certificate of Recognition from the California State Assembly.
